NEED TO RETURN? Items must be in the original box. We must receive your merchandise within 30 days from the date your order was placed. Requests for a refund instead of store credit will be accommodated with a 10% restock fee.
Please mail returns to 634 W. Racine Loop Casa Grande, Az 85122. Make sure your order number or packing slip is included. You may want to purchase insurance and tracking for your package, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. USPS is typically the most cost effective way to ship. All shipping costs are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party. Excessive returns may result in a Restock fee.
SOMETHING WRONG? Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at firstname.lastname@example.org so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, or have used it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.
